I am an enthusiastic Organizational Behavior and Human Resources (OBHR) graduate from the University of Calgary. Since completing the final year of my degree, I am eager to enter the workforce in HR. My experience spans from Talent Acquisition to Research in various topics including ADHD and Ethical Leadership. As a young professional joining the workforce, I am known for my commitment to producing excellent work both as an individual and in a team. With each new team member I collaborate with, I gain valuable knowledge which I take with me on my journey. I am grateful for the opportunity to further my learning in HR through my internship with Parkland, in addition to my experience as an HR delegate for JDC West Team Haskayne. The exposure to various organizational challenges requiring unique solutions allows me to continue to strengthen my problem-solving abilities.Throughout my career, I have prided myself in my ability to connect with others for the development of their abilities. The passion and energy I bring in my career is what I impart to others, to foster teams that can empower and learn from each other. My journey of growth in my career is much like hiking a mountain. On my path, I might meet new friends, develop new skills, encounter storms, or stop to enjoy the view. At the end of the day, it is not about the view from the top, but how my journey shapes my experiences from the top.
