-Supervise the overall staffing, parental communications, program structure, and workplace culture of Roxborough YMCA BASE Program containing up to 45 children daily -Embody the characteristics of a role model for children facing various internal and external adversities while maintaining open communication with all parents/guardians regarding the behavior, health, and accomplishments of their child/children in program-Ensure that all staff files, YMCA policies, Department of Human Services (DHS) licensing documents, and Keystone STARS requirements are up to date for BASE Program

-Championed BASE Program for 32-37 children ranging from grades K-5 at differing developmental stages while positively serving students possessing neurodiverse conditions including ADHD and Autism-Created daily developmentally appropriate curriculum for after-school care designed to complement education acquired within the classroom with a focus on health & physical activity, STEM, reading, writing, cultural diversity, and arts/humanities

-Oversaw the general development email inbox to uphold Donor Care Services and aided in troubleshooting issues pertaining to donation changes and/or cancellations, fundraisers, potential partnerships, and overall donor assistance -Tracked daily donations and weekly check deposits entered into EveryAction, non-profit donor management software, in addition to manually inputting soft credit entries for all necessary donations-Crafted, edited, and mailed weekly acknowledgment and bequest letters to recent RAINN donors to promote stewardship and relationship-building while also assisting with additional mail drops

-Guided 22 Dancer Relations (DR) committee members in fundraising $11,640 towards the $10.6 million total for the largest student-run philanthropy in the world benefitting childhood cancer research and overall support through our sole beneficiary, Four Diamonds-Presented 2-hour weekly committee meetings, educating members on proper care for dancers throughout THON Weekend-Directed Line Dance Retreat, a weekend-long retreat with structured group work to create the Line Dance designed to ensure proper movement, health, and morale of 592 dancers standing in their respective residencies following COVID-19 regulations

-Facilitated interactions via email to 9 Four Diamonds Families containing sign-ups and crucial information for THON Weekend events while creating and maintaining supportive, meaningful relationships -Collaborated with DR Co-Captain to coordinate and execute Kids Mail Call, a THON-Weekend event that provides hand-written mail to children battling childhood cancer, by collecting and reviewing hundreds of letters each week -Reviewed item requests sought by 24 FR Captains by maintaining spreadsheets, conversing daily with the Inventory Liaison of Supply Logistics (SL), and meeting with fellow Co-Captains to discuss and plan supply requests

-Spearheaded the delivery of patient intervention content regarding opioid usage in new mothers by designing and editing informational outlines, patient toolboxes, and study lesson plans-Organized and categorized survey data regarding pain management strategies and medications used by mothers post-delivery to examine the relationship between pain and opioid usage in new mothers

-Acquired knowledge pertaining to inpatient geriatric individuals with neurological conditions (dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s)-Identified and presented 8 safe and cost-effective technologies for future incorporation into treatment plans of hospital patients -Transported patients and prepared necessary equipment arrangements, sanitizing materials following each session

-Supervised patients throughout therapy sessions and monitored non-invasive therapies, including the application of STIM equipment, ice, and heat treatments to further the recovery of each patient-Observed a wide array of sports-related injuries pertaining to the knee, elbow, back, and shoulder in the outpatient setting

-Educated 33 committee members on proper dancer safety, stretching techniques, family interaction talking points, and scenario work for emergencies to maintain optimal health and mitigate potential risks throughout THON Weekend -Evaluated the health of 705 dancers throughout the Final Four Hours of THON Weekend by working emergency medical service shifts, providing nutrition to dancers, and aiding respective Captains
