Recruiting Team Lead
Current-Efficiently review candidates to identify the most qualified individuals to move forward.-Contact candidates through application tracking system (ATS) or through direct sourcing.-Conduct interviews, make offers, and coordinate/schedule candidates.-Communicate progress and coordinate changes with clients and candidates.-Manage candidates, candidate flow and workload through Source2’s and client’s ATS.-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals using effective time management skills.-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each skilled position-Build relationships with trade schools, vocational training centers, and military programs to tap into emerging talent pools for several location in the U.S.
