Coordinating the proposal development process, including, scheduling, editing, writing, and developing content and production of final proposal package to federal and state agencies, including Standard Form 330 submittals, while working with principals, project managers, and technical staff.Facilitating kickoff, brainstorm/strategy, and review meetings, in addition to outlining, writing, and editing proposals, project descriptions, and resumes.Assisting with lead tracking and due diligence of federal procurement databases, such as sam.gov.Preparing qualifications packages, resumes, presentations, brochures, award submissions, and other related activities for potential opportunities.Assisting in the maintenance of firm information, such as projects and resumes.Preparing social media posts and website news.Coordinating with website designer on website updates and maintenance.Identifying and attending industry conferences and maintaining conference schedule.Drafting press releases.Building media lists and maintaining correspondence with media.Maintaining e-newsletter content and production.
