In this role I work in a small busy team of ServiceNow Administrations providing BAU support, maintenance, development and upgrades to all areas of the system currently used by the business. This includes ITSM, HR Core and CSM. I also provided sole support on Salesforce and QuoteWerks for 2 years and now I am the system lead for both. Manage the end to end process for all agreed application changes for discussion to Live implementation. Creating detailed documentation to ensure clear notes for colleagues on all changes. I had sole ownership on designing, creating and maintaining various data spreadsheets, accordingly to management requirements and ensuring all where user friendly. These included one click button reports for management. I ensured I was unto date with any flags / warnings from Ofsted, Safeguarding and In-House flags these were placed onto providers or careers as appropriate and communicate to the team and any other colleagues or teams that required the information accordingly. There were many sources to be cross referenced and advised relevant colleagues or resolve discrepancies appropriately. Developed many processes for the team and ensured that where applicable processes where automatised for efficient working.Provide user support for the in-house created online referral process for the team and all of the wider children’s services team who use the system. I also aided in the design and functionality of the referral process to ensure that current processes and procedures fitted in or were highlighted as a risk where appropriate. Produce various reports for senior management, finance colleagues and internal managers on a regular and ad-hoc basis. I created many reports for internal management to be created automatically from the master spreadsheets in order for them to have access at their convenience. Prior to the creation of any reports I would quality assure data inputting and identify gaps within the team or cross directorate. This often included additional training and support in order for identified gaps in knowledge or understanding to be filled. I would process all data requests that came into the team. This included logging requests, re-using requests where appropriate, requesting further information where requests where not clear and processing all Freedom of Information requests.
