Samantha Paxson is a growth and business transformation strategist. Armed with more than two decades of C-suite experience, Samantha specializes in helping fintechs, community banks and credit unions refine their strategic bets, focus on their end-consumer and create precision around their P&L. Working within the intersection of technology, operations, experience and growth, she builds the architecture to rapidly scale revenue, retention, compression reduction, and then operationalizes new market segments and strategies to grow.She most recently served as Chief Experience Officer of Co-op Solutions, expanding the organization from $136M to more than a half-billion in revenue, evolving the 40-year-old organization to become a truly platform-based ecosystem leading more than 2,000 employees, serving 3,500 financial institutions and 60 million consumers. Currently, Paxson serves in leadership roles on multiple boards including a $1B community FI, lending tech and insurtech. She previously served as the Board Vice Chair at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, co-chaired the LA 5050 Women on Boards and served on the Selection Board for the Herb Wegner Awards honoring outstanding Credit Union leaders.
