As the Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician, I enjoyed being able to create a relationship with my patients. We would usually start with a proper consultation, followed by our Medical-Grade facials or HydraFacials in order to learn more about their skin and what it needs. We then would start expanding to Laser Hair Removal, if the patient was a candidate for our IPL machine, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion treatments, or Photofacials and Micro-needling, depending on their specific needs. Being in a smaller town, we leased a machine once a month to perform our Yag laser hair removal treatments as well as Pixel fractional treatment and Tattoo Removal. I enjoy educating the patient on proper home product use while protecting their in-office investment, selling over $2000 average in retail per month. Working directly with our spa coordinator and office manager, we were able to enhance marketing with social media, Open House events and after hours marketing with Chamber members, among other events in town.
