I coached tourism businesses with accreditation, marketing, e-tourism, workforce development and business planning, andalso assisted with policy, data analysis and training programs.This role required strong stakeholder liaison, industry knowledge and report writing skills as I prepared over 50 individually tailored workforce development plans following one-on-one business analysis consultations.

I was responsible for the coordination of two major tourism festival programs: the annual Perth's Autumn Festival and Avon Decent Family Fun Days, that attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. This included the implementation of marketing and promotional activities, maintenance and development of the perthtourism.com.au website, and other regional projects. This role required high levels of project management, communication and stakeholder liaison, including internal Departments, six member Councils, State Government agencies and funding bodies. I coordinated an annual marketing budget of $300,000, including procuring over $250,000 in grant funds.
