I was the kid who had to sort and organize their toys, would talk to anyone that would listen and always wanted to know "why" . That's translated into an enthusiasm for business systems, policies and procedures and making sure that things are getting done in an effective and efficient way. Add in my natural inclination for communication and Human Resources was a great fit. The evolution of my interests and skills over the years led me to Operations: the intersection of people, marketing, projects and processes.I was raised to understand the value of giving back to the community and my experiences made me want to help others reap the rewards of volunteerism. I'm always looking for a worthy cause to lend a hand to and appreciate a good conversation or debate.
