As a graduate of Missouri S&T (formerly UM-Rolla) with an Engineering Management degree, people and execution are my passions. With special interests in LEAN and Six Sigma systems, I thrive to manage projects and people in technical areas while producing results beyond expectations.My strengths come from my education and allow me to analyze and provide solutions while understanding each ripple effect on the large and small picture. My current position with Emerson Process Management- Fisher Controls has allowed me to work with an international network of sales and engineers to solve the most technical process control concerns. The network of Local Business Partners are crucial to the success of the company, and as a Global Industry Sales Applications Engineer, it is my job to support them and assist them through any and all challenges they face. As a Sales/Applications Engineer, I have evaluated new market space, provided corporate and plant specific training to customers, and worked to develop new product solutions that help Fisher stay at the forefront of the control valve market.
