I work two to three overnight shifts every four to six weeks to update the store for the new season. This requires following a planned out guideline to add the product to the tables and walls in a specific and orderly way while working in a very timely fashion and managing multiple projects at one time.

I demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills. I was able to confidently describe and sell the product to our customers, while keeping their best intentions in mind. I also trained all of the new hires on the POS register system. I developed my own training guide and implemented role playing to help the new sales associates understand everything to the best of their knowledge. Typically, I trained four to five associates at a time.

I worked as an Attractions hostess at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This position required a copious amount of guest interaction and keeping safety in mind as a number one factor. I was able to create magical moments for families and children multiple times a day, every day. Also, working in Attractions required standing and moving for extended periods of time and working shifts as long as 15 hours a day.
