I was the head server and bartender for Tarsan i Jane, a fine dining establishment specializing in molecular gastronomic tasting menus. My responsibilities included leading and explaining the tasting menu's in a theatrical style as well as making all drinks and leading guests through wine pairings.

I worked at the Anderson School location in the Tavern on the Square, the upscale dining establishment on property. I worked as both a floor waitress and taking care of small private dining events.
