As an HVAC Engineer working at Tibah Airports.Major Duties:1. Maintenance and Planning:Maintain HVAC systems that meet the airport's needs for heating, cooling, and ventilation, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort for passengers, staff, and equipment.2. Maintenance and Repairs:Establish a preventive maintenance program to ensure the reliability and longevity of HVAC systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions or failures, and implement repairs or modifications when necessary.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.3. Monitoring and Control:Use BMS system to monitor HVAC system performance, track energy usage, and adjust system settings for optimal operation.Ensure proper indoor air quality by monitoring factors like humidity, airflow, and temperature in different zones within the airport (passenger terminals, baggage handling, etc.).4. Compliance and Safety:Ensure that HVAC systems comply with aviation industry standards, such as the International Air Transport Association (IATA) requirements and local aviation safety regulations.Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments related to HVAC systems to prevent hazards.5. Collaboration with Stakeholders:Work closely with airport management, architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to ensure that the HVAC system integrates well with other facilities.6. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of system specifications, maintenance schedules, and energy consumption.Provide reports to management on system performance, including recommendations for improvements.Major success :1. Enhanced Passenger Comfort:Providing consistent climate control in terminal buildings despite high passenger traffic would lead to improved customer satisfaction and a better travel experience.2. System Upgrades:Leading the successful upgrade or retrofitting of outdated systems to newer, more efficient models, without interrupting airport operations.
