As Sr. Sociologist/Resettlement Specialist now I have completed 13 projects and led 8 teams in addressing social considerations for IEE, EIA and ESHIA reports for Chevron Projects, led five teams in preparing social and safeguard documents, particularly, Land Acquisition Plans, Resettlement Plans, PSA, SIA, Gender Plans and other social safety plans; also implemented Resettlement Action Plans with assistance of National NGOs. These 13 projects were funded by Chevron, Bangladesh, Bangladesh Railway, Bangladesh Bridge Authority, JICA and ADB. Now I am involved in four projects in order to carry out social and safeguard activities, particularly, have been preparing the safeguard documents after conducting the socioeconomic and census surveys of affected persons; as well as implementing the RAP with assistance of a national NGO. Also conducting a social feasibility study in order to construct a high standard International Airport in Bangladesh in the name of the father of the Nation, Bangabandhu.
