• Manage IP/MPLS Mobile Backhaul Network using ALU/Nokia Routers (SR-7750 & SAR-7705 Routers). • Performing & Implementing IP Design for different MBH Network Services: Abis/IP, AoIP, GboIP, 3G Full IP (Voice/Data), LTE (Data) & updating HLD & LLD with Nokia vendor for MBH Network. • Using SAM (Service Aware Manager) to manage Mobile Backhaul Network Nodes (configuration & monitoring). • Monitoring Access/Network Links Utilization, Reporting Utilization dashboard on weekly basis & Reacting with Utilized Links Upgrade. • Working on Dual Homing project, rerouting of 4G traffic to one core site while 2G/3G traffic to be routed to the other core site.

• Design alternative solutions to maintain customer Service Level Agreement SLA.• Implement, Configure, and troubleshoot MPLS (L2VPN, L3VPN ) and Internet services on PE routers and ensure full connectivity for Enterprise customers.• Configure and troubleshoot PE-CE routing protocols ( Static, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP ).• Implement, configure and troubleshoot SHDSL local loop terminations on ATM and IP DSLAMs.• Assign missing configuration for Enterprise customers problems related to Global Failure & Crises Problem (DSLAM or PE).• Customer Movement through changing the physical path for the customer as per recommended by the customer himself or by any other requirements.• Enhance our POPs status through arranging POP cables, shelves, and racks which affect Enterprise customers service stability or through POP transformation by moving the whole rack to a newly added area to be our POP in case of we don't have POP in this CO.
