Responsible for managing sales and marketing team with below responsibilities: • work closely with account managers, account executives, sales members, etc. and empower them to effectively position the company’s products and differentiate their offerings from the competition.• Prepare Sales Reports• Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team• Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines for all team members• Train, and Coach the Sales Team• Assist Managers in Sales and marketing Strategy Development• Manage workflow and ensure that information is updated and any problems resolved efficiently and effectively.• Maintain and develop standard operating procedures• Making the necessary reports and databases about clients, delivery data, taking actions related to responses and submitting reports to the organization.• Identify and work to remove obstacles to consistently delivering high levels of service.• Data analysis of all inventory lines to ensure the level of service required from the customer and its achievement within the specified dates• Provide support and advice to colleagues in marketing team to act as a liaison between customers and the marketing department, checking any inquiries related to customers using the marketing team when needed• Meet the standards of the Service Level Agreement agreed between the customer and Xerox.• Understand the customer's work environment and develop strong relationships with key team members in the customer's organization• Ensure that Xerox delivers service in line with our customers' business objectives• Ensure all aspects of SLA are achieved, and appropriate MI is delivered in line with these aspects.• Manage clients proactively and professionally, aiming to exceed their expectations wherever possible.

• Providing legal advice on the interpretation and application of personnel regulations and rules as well as on a variety of substantive and procedural questions• Provide legal advice and make recommendations regarding actions to be taken on legal matters.• Service meetings that take place in negotiations (at the level of leaders and negotiators as well as sessions of committees, expert groups and other bodies), including by preparing background materials and issue summaries, taking detailed notes, reporting opinions and position papers of the two sides.• Conducting extensive legal research and analysis and providing legal opinions, recommendations, studies, summaries, reports and correspondence.• Participates in negotiations and resolution of claims, disputes, or admissions of guilt, to include the development of strategy and approach and the preparation of related documents.• Represents the organization in cases before arbitration and other judicial or administrative procedures, including disciplinary cases and employee appeals.• Reviews, advises and drafts complex contracts, agreements, institutional and operational modalities or legal proposals/requests and other legal documents. Develops new legal approaches to meet unique needs/conditions.• Review administrative decisions, personnel regulations and rules, and contribute to the review and design of applications, legal tools, policies, guidelines, directives, etc.• Advising clients as to their legal rights and obligations, and as to the working of the legal system in so far as it is relevant to the legal rights and obligations of the clients.• Assisting clients in every appropriate way, and taking legal action to protect their interests;• Assisting clients before courts, tribunals or administrative authorities, where appropriate.
