I would attend every appraisal in the company securing the property for our books; negotiators would attend viewings and maintain admin and our customer focus etc. We won business against significantly sized and established competition; the key to this was knowing your competition which was paramount in a competitive market, knowing their weaknesses diligently, I can create an appropriate unique value proposition in my approach.
