I am the Syndicated Investment Manager for Bayleys Real Estate Limited's Syndication Division and manage the process from marketing through to sales and investor relations.Working with leading syndicators, Bayleys Syndication Division provides investors the opportunity to access premium, high yielding commercial and industrial property offerings with a minimum investment of $50,000. Recent syndications I have managed the process for include two of New Zealand’s largest, with $39 million in equity raised for the Telecom (now Spark) syndication located in Auckland Central and $34.3 million raised for the Southgate Retail Centre syndication located in Takinini, Other syndications that I have managed the process for include a number of Countdown supermarkets as well as properties with other high profile tenants such as ASB, Bunnings, Carter Holt Harvey and Enza.
