I am a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than a decade of experience in the mental health field. My work is rooted in creating compassionate connections that help individuals find relief from suffering and experience more fulfilling lives.I believe that the most important factor for people to make positive change is having a particular type of supportive relationship: one where they feel safe, heard, and understood with a person who can hold up a mirror for them to see what is good and right about them (instead of what is “wrong” or “broken”). This kind of connection is key to unlocking healing and growth.Over the years I have worked for a number of Bay Area non-profit organizations. I now have my own private practice where I offer individual therapy, wellness support for businesses, and coaching for helping professionals.
