-Administers various placement exams and high-stakes certification exams for the college on and off campus -Sets up testing appointments for internal and external exams -Assists with managing and maintaining testing labs and exam materials -Oversees TSI review for incoming students, and advises students of TSI status and developmental course requirements based on TSI status -Holistically evaluates student’s record to determine course placement and plan for success in meeting TSI requirements -Develops an academic success plan document to share with the student and Academic Advising -Work with disability services staff to provide appropriate testing accommodations to students -Thorough knowledge of University policies including FERPA and procedures related to the area of assignment -Assist in the oversight of the day to day operations of the department -Coordinates administrative preparations relating to new/transfer student orientations -Takes appropriate safety and security precautions related to work performed. -Coordinates the arrangements for conferences programs meetings and special events as appropriate -Provides administrative support to the Associate director, director of academic testing -Coordinates the gathering of information and preparation of schedules reports and analysis

Assisting high school students with their college application process which includes: interview preparation, college application completion, finding scholarships, discovering different post-secondary options, FAFSA/TAFSA advice, and connecting students and their families with college representatives.

Alongside with grade level teachers, carry out foreign language classes for two kindergarten classes. Create and implement lessons for grade level 3 and 4 classes that embrace International Baccalaureate educational concepts. Actively engage in developing personal relationships with each student in order to create a safe and welcoming learning environment.

Worked as a math educator at Roger Q. Mills elementary, prioritizing the social and emotional learning aspects of every one of my students. I planned and carried out lessons that improved math skills by explaining them in different ways, and ensured that the learning style of the student was taken into account. Alongside my coworkers, I assisted in whole school events that encouraged parent involvement, anti-bullying campaigns, incentive programs for high achievements, and literacy promotion. As a member of City Year, I underwent intensive training throughout my service year that educated me and prepared me with educational skills, cultural awareness, and sensitivity to deeper subjects that are constantly found in urban schools.

Managed a team of 12 college students that participated in a summer day camp site .Assisted my team by coaching them on providing educational and positive programming for students from grades 1-12.
