− Answer inbound calls from clients in a professional. Clear and courteous manner and ensure that the clients requests are handled to completion− Provide product, sales and technical support as required− Provide follow up and monitoring in the Return Goods Authorization process− Ensure all sales documents are received from sales rep in a timely fashion−.

− Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner− Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem− Record, track, and document all queries received, problem solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful.
