Mission Buniyaad was the Delhi Government’s flagship campaign to augment students’ foundational skills in reading and basic Maths through special classes. The campaign impacted all students across grades 3 through 9 from 1024 Delhi Government schools.•Led the end to end operations for Mission Buniyaad under the direction of Advisor to Hon. Minister of Education, Delhi•Spearheaded the process of curation of teacher/ student manuals, videos, and cue cards used to deliver classroom instruction during the period of the campaign•Scheduled and streamlined the trainings on Mission Buniyaad for a group of 3500 Government school teachers•Managed a group of 12 Change-maker fellows of the Delhi Government to provide on-site support to the schools during the period of campaign

‘Aakar’ is an Early Childhood Development curriculum created by UNICEF over 7 years. The Govt of Maharashtra mandated it for the state. Thermax Foundation implemented it across 1413 Anganwadis in Pune, under the name Aakar Pune Project.•Coached a cadre of 42 ICDS (Anganwadi) supervisors in building knowledge of the Aakar curriculum, their leadership skills, and understanding of ‘Change Management’•Co-led multiple ‘Leadership forums’ for building the leadership skills of the Pune ICDS’ Divisional Deputy Commissioner, and Child Development Project officers (CDPOs)•Co-administered a baseline test for the Aakar Pune Project over a period of 1 month to test the Divisional Deputy Commissioner (ICDS), 9 Child Development Project officers, 42 ICDS Supervisors, and 51 Anganwadi workers on their knowledge in child development•Supervised the ‘World Bank School Readiness test’ conducted for over 1000 children aged 3-6 years across 51 selected model Anganwadis in Pune

•Mentored a group of 36 public school teachers from 11 schools in Pune to success in their classrooms. 100% of students in each of their classrooms (Junior and Senior KG) were able to identify all letters of the English alphabet, recognize them by their phonetic sounds, read 60 sight words and 20 sentences in a span of 4 months •Conducted over 150 classroom observations over 7 months, meeting each teacher 11-12 times to provide constructive feedback on pedagogy, classroom management, goal setting, planning, and execution •Developed a year long training curriculum to educate teachers from 11 schools over a variety of topics on knowledge, mindsets, and skills •Facilitated more than 30 different sessions, including key sessions on aspects related to Change Management, Child Development, and Early literacy •Led and co-conceptualized ‘Shikshan Jatra’ 2015 and 2016, a forum for public school teachers in Pune to share their best practices, with a participation of over 200 teachers spread across 42 schools in Pune
