  Being an Assistant Engineer working for one of the leading Auto-Mobile manufacturing company is exactly what you'd think its like.I'm the colleague at work that everyone wants to know but nobody wants to be. If you want something to get done, you come to me - everyone knows that! Yet no one wants to have to do what I do because of the amount of personal time and effort that goes into being everyone's go-to. Luckily I'm obsessed with staying organized and making everyone's life easier simultaneously getting my things done.Let's have a little glimpse of my job responsibilities at present organization. With experience of almost 4 years in a highly competitive Auto-Mobile manufacturing working environment, I've been blessed with certain challenging tasks which keeps me going throughout the day.>I work as an Executive for Purchase, Production and TPM Department. Manpower planning & allocation, coordinating with Quality team for any quality related issues and negotiation with suppliers are some of key tasks I perform everyday.>Resolving day to day complex issues like Identifying root cause for a defect through Kaizen and poke yoke, making Purchase approval for required materials, updating OEE daily before pre-shift meeting and Communication on the status of process & product with the next shift line leaders.> Effective communication (verbal & written) and timely follow-up with assigned clients to ensure smooth running of healthy business relationship.Accomplishing a sound tenure and decent hands on experience at present organization, now I'm open for further career growth opportunities.
