The program will run for two years, where based on an examination, around 30 - 45 students from the underserved communities studying in 11th grade are selected and provided NEET and IIT JEE coaching in a hybrid model, where students receive digital resources like Tablets along with offline contents and a learning space with… Show more As a part of NITI Aayog Initiative, BYJU'S along with NITI Aayog initiated Career Plus Program in the Aspirational Districts addressing students from marginal communities. As a project manager in the district, it is my responsibility to ensure that the project runs smoothly and for that I have to constantly be in contact with District Administration. The other project that I had to carry was Education For All (EFA) which addressed students from Grade 4 to Grade 12. As a part of this project, I have to identify underserved students who have a digital device, and after verification could provide free licensing of BYJU'S high standard grade level content in their regional language.
