As a project manager in the district, it is my responsibility to ensure that the project runs smoothly and for that I have to constantly be in contact with District Administration. The other project that I had to carry was Education For All (EFA) which addressed students from Grade 4 to Grade 12. As a part of this project, I have to identify underserved students who have a digital device, and after verification could provide free licensing of BYJU'S high standard grade level content in their regional language. I worked here as a RCM Associate for the Healthcare Management company and help the providers get their claims sort out. Got a hands-on experience in negotiating with people, improved conversation skills and the knowledge of a very valuable and complex process. Other than that, honed my skills in documentation and working on complex softwares of NexGen.
