I am an Associate Principal Engineer in the Beauty team at Dyson. I was part of the Haircare design engineering team that developed the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer (released 2016) and subsequent Professional Edition (2018), Dyson Airwrap (2018 and 2022). Since 2019, I have been working on the development and creation of the Dyson Formulations team, releasing our first product - Dyson Chitosan - in 2024. I have worked on a range of aspects in the product development cycle - from initial concept generation to late-stage part development and design - but have focused on product performance and end-user consideration for the most part. In my time at Dyson, I've worked predominantly in the Malmesbury campus (UK), but have also spent time on secondment in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as a year-long assignment in Japan and Korea. I am a chartered mechanical engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers
