As an Account Manager for Lorien, I am responsible for providing best in class recruitment services for my clients and ensuring that the right talent meets the right employer, across both IT and Business Change.As a permanent recruitment specialist, I am responsible for implementing best in practice perm recruitment processes, understanding each clients specific culture, desires and brand to ensure requirmeents are met in the best way. I assist my clients by providing expertise in the form of market reports, recruitment planning and role bench-marking.I have worked across a variety of sectors including Technology, Engineering, E-Commerce/Retail, Financial Services, Consulting, Gaming/Gambling and Public Sector and place candidates in permanent roles, covering roles from graduate recruitment through to senior / exec level hires.
