Responsibilities:• processing and registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence according to the Bank's regulations;• coordination of telephone calls (branches, central office);• sending correspondence (postal items, courier);• booking tickets; (railway, air);• execution of the business trip orders of the Chairman of the Executive Board, driver's travel documents and travel reports;• preparation and control of documents for the signature of the Chief;• preparation of visa application documents;• room reservation in hotels;• documents translation (certificates, business letters, materials for conference participation, etc.) at the request of the Senior Banker (in English);• organization of conference calls;• Assistance in the work of the HR Management Department;• registration of descriptions of personal cases of employees;• Preparation for signature to the Chairman of the Executive Board of the main stuff orders ( acceptance, holidays, dismission, etc.);• meeting and admission of candidates for a interview.
