Continued providing customer service and student employee training and supervision to the UNT Media Library while completing a semester of graduate level coursework in English Literature. As Stacks Manager at the Texas Woman's University Library, I supervised and helped train nearly twenty student employees, oversaw measurement of the library's collection, drafted a customer service policy, managed the library's Facebook account, and provided logistical and content strategy for the library's social media team.

Began as Student Assistant at the UNT Media Library, was first promoted to Student Supervisor in January 2011, and finally to Special Projects Assistant in May 2013. Recipient of Outstanding Student Assistant Award in 2011. I provided customer service to the university community on behalf of the library, trained new student employees, and closed and opened the library. Additionally, I managed the library's Facebook account and increased audience participation, processed Interlibrary Loan requests, and assisted in updating the library's catalogue.
