Researching how technology can be used to support and encourage neurodiversity at university and in the workplace

- Support the processes needed to do regularly monitor and analyse market evidence, including liaising with industry stakeholders and other data providers- Contribute to the regular publication of competition and customer protection indicators (these may fall under the following areas: number of suppliers, market shares, switching, pricing, social reporting obligations, satisfaction and complaints)- Contribute to assessing the impacts of retail policies and regulation on the market- Manage the team’s (internal and external) requests management tool- Support colleagues across Ofgem in understanding datasets owned by the team and how they contribute to the team’s understanding of the retail markets• Support the team’s routine data management and analytical processes, liaising with ongoing data projects in Ofgem, including use of coding to manage large data sets• Contribute to written deliverables (internal and external) such as analytical reports and regulatory decisions
