Sole responsible for developing the Financial Services vertical, expanding the company's focus from Government.Owned the multi-departmental and stakeholder relationship with RBS. Orchestrated account mapping, intelligence gathering and responsible for growth of revenue.Drafting, ongoing refinement and delivery to internal board of plan-to-market for the full suite of IaaS / PaaS into the financial service and retail verticals, including product, market and competitor analysis. Full cycle new business generation into Enterprise and Tier 1 banks / FS institutions, pitching to C-level business and tech owners.Multiple internal stakeholder management and collaboration with pre-sales, CTO, sales management, MD, Engineers and procurement. Organisation of key events to generate new business prospects and build the brand, including highly successful breakfast briefing series at The Gherkin and partnership events with Google.
