My company performed full service DVD and CD duplication which excelled at nationwide same day turn on our client's projects. We offered on disc ink jet printing, packaging and fulfillment. Personally I was responsible every aspect of running the business (with the exception of my accountant). Procurement and maintenance of equipment, procurement of materials for the projects. Securing of clients, writing client contracts. Setting up the art to be printed onto the discs or packaging. I also did the search engine management, and advertising to achieve R.O.I.. My first business enterprise was started in 1986. The primary areas of endeavor had been as a television advertising agency, George Phelps Enterprises, Inc. which specialized in television commercials for the Miami ADI. At the same time I began an in-room hotel tourism promotion video service (Sightseers Video Tour) on our dedicated tv channel in 26 Miami Florida hotels. I wrote, directed, produced and performed the voice over of the video content. I procured/negotiated contracts with the client/host hotels to insert my equipment and production into their master TV antenna system. I sold advertising contracts into the hotel video loop to restaurants and businesses interested in reaching travelers visiting Miami. I also did the monthly maintenance of the equipment which was installed in each hotel to transmit the video taped loop. Additionally, I became involved in television commercial production and post-production. I was the main television producer for Adelphia Cable in the Miami market for an extensive period. My video productions numbered around 500 commercial and industrial projects. I did it all from making the sale to writing the script, to lighting, sound, camera work to post production mixing of audio channels, character graphic creation, and mastering the production. My ENG, electronic news gathering experience spanned from 3/4 inch to M2 to Beta SP...from 3 tube camera to DVCam. Today my strength lies in my diverse experiences. Corporate administration with a strong emphasis on day to day production and purchasing activities to achieve on time delivery of my client's projects. Extensive corporate liaison experience in business transactions with government entities, 501(C)3 organizations and entrepreneurs.
