• Respond to information needs of incoming domestic and international media requests and work with Account Executives and Director to ensure requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.• Manage the PR inbox and image requests from media. • Draft and distribute press releases to media.• Build and maintain a domestic media list. • Manage media relations site, including building and maintaining digital press kits, uploading industry press releases and ensuring that the site is consistently up-to-date.• Coordinate destination Partner requests for information on PR programs, media requests, etc.• Vet media and influencers for individual press trips, familiarization (FAM) tours, and influencer campaigns.
