• Oversee all PR efforts domestically and within Canada.
• Manage two PR agencies including all PR efforts, budgets, contracts and monthly reporting, and work with agencies to help accomplish goals and meet deliverables.
• Identify media and plan and execute individual press trips and influencer campaigns throughout the state.
• Plan and execute up to four week-long media and influencer FAM (familiarization) tours a year throughout the state with up to five domestic and international journalists and/or influencers.

• Strategize and oversee PR efforts for all integrated marketing campaigns including Winter Sunskeers, Family Memory Makers, etc.

• Respond to information needs of incoming domestic and international media requests and work with Account Executives and Director to ensure requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Manage the PR inbox and image requests from media.
• Draft and distribute press releases to media.
• Build and maintain a domestic media list.
• Manage media relations site, including building and maintaining digital press kits, uploading industry press releases and ensuring that the site is consistently up-to-date.
• Coordinate destination Partner requests for information on PR programs, media requests, etc.

• Provide customer service by fielding Industry Hotline calls and management of the Partner email inbox.
• Assist VISIT FLORIDA Partners to maximize membership benefits by responding to inquiries, requests or concerns.
• Support retention efforts including confirmation calls, reissuing agreements, sending invoices and handling billing issues.
• Serve as lead to maintain and update Partner data using Salesforce.
• Coordinate with internal departments for annual Partner billing process.
• Manage accounts and contact verification processes by supporting the sending of invoice materials and adhering to retention and billing timelines.

• Coordinate small events for webinars, committee meetings, trade shows, etc.
• Review and edit eNewsletters and email messages for internal departments.
• Provide technical support for business listings on VISITFLORIDA.com.
• Edit and consolidate information to be added to the 2017 Marketing Partner Guide.
