CAREER HIGHLIGHT 12 years of experience in national and international humanitarian and development sector organizations; starting from grass root to management level. Worked with renowned organizations including Islamic Relief Pakistan, Pakistan Red Crescent (PRC), Human Appeal International (HAI), UN-Habitat, National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) and Goal Ireland.CURRENT POSITION AND EXPERIENCECurrently working with Islamic Relief as Monitoring and Accountability Officer in its Area Office Muzaffarabad, AJK. Before this, I was working in Pakistan Red Crescent (PRC) in the capacity of Manager Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) and Focal Person (Project Manager) for Integrated Community Based Risk Reduction (ICBRR) Program. Implemented the projects of Emergency Response, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), (WASH, Health, Livelihood, micro mitigation) and Volunteers Management. Attended and facilitated multiple workshops/training related to Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Report Writing, Emergency Response, DRR, Log frames, Proposal Writing, Behavior Change etc. Conducted research by using PRA/VCA tools and prepared research reports (AJK, GB, Sindh).My areas of expertise are Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).
