Networking and Youth Development Specialist with over 14 years of experience, having interpersonal skills with an enhanced ability to deal with a diverse range of professionals, staff members, community, students, social entrepreneurs, and youth of Pakistan. Expert in the development and implementation of strategies to connect with young individuals, understanding their needs and aspirations. I have fostered relationships with local communities and organizations to create collaborative initiatives that benefit both youth and the broader community, focusing on community service as a cornerstone of my efforts.In terms of networking, I have established and maintained connections with schools, colleges, universities, government departments, community leaders, development sector organizations, and other youth-centric bodies to broaden outreach efforts and advocate for the needs and interests of young people, especially women within the community, ensuring their voices are heard and supported. To engage youth with other organizations, I have designed and coordinated programs that not only promote education and skill development but also emphasize community involvement and social responsibility.I have been the founder of many innovative initiatives: founder and coordinator of the Office of BUITEMS Student Affairs and 17 student clubs and councils, such as the Event Management Club, Community Service Council, Diversity Council, Media Club, Entrepreneurial Society, Emergency Response & Preparedness Club, Consultancy Club, and Film Club, among others. I have played pivotal roles in various impactful initiatives, including being a founding member of the BUITEMS Green Youth Movement under the Prime Minister’s Youth Program. Additionally, I served as a Lead Facilitator for Social Enterprise Pakistan – British Council, coordinated the Citizenship Education and Community Engagement Program as part of the Active Citizens initiative by the British Council at BUITEMS, trained facilitators for the Higher Education Student Strengthening Activity (HESSA) project, and I am the Founding Fellow of the Social Innovation Academy (SIA). In these roles, I have concentrated on tackling societal challenges, nurturing strong connections with local communities, establishing strategic partnerships, and advocating for causes through widespread awareness.
