Had various type of jobs throughout the years of working. My CIBC experience started with a role as a Financial Service Representative in Toronto Customer Contact Centre. I worked as front-line expert who was empowered to provide information and solutions to existing and potential customers via the telephone regarding CIBC’s full range of products and services. Motivated by targets and results, I actively promoted and sold products and services that matter to our clients based on their individual financial needs and goals. I then transitioned to a Progress leader role. I was able to teach new hires and was able to achieve to be a FSR. The time spent on these new hires is range from 3-4 months in which lots of development comes into play. Coaching, teaching and providing accurate information about products and procedures in the role. Team building and help in reducing Risks.I have been promoted to Team leader at Credit Card Disputes department. In this department, was very focused on teams success in developing my team. I have received monthly and quarterly Performance team leadership awards . Worked closely on credit applications segment with partners to streamline some of our processes. The main focus was to deliver Excellent client experience. I have made a trademark with Credit Corner communications to team members who were credit trained Nationally. Now moving on to a sales environment where I had previous successes in my previous roles. I feel I can share my knowledge and experience to a tenure team and develop them to a point that I can make their ambitions become a reality.
