My contributions to pre-sales activities, scoping, and design phases of solutions have been pivotal in securing and executing projects. I led the successful deployment of multiple large-scale projects, managing complex integration and solution architectures involving multiple upstream and downstream applications. This demonstrated my capacity to handle intricate projects and achieve successful outcomes. I oversaw the management of integration architecture and solutions for both ongoing releases and new initiatives, focusing on aligning solutions with best practices and leveraging product capabilities to minimize customization. My collaboration with IT and business teams, such as Singtel, supported new initiatives and helped solve business problems by translating, capturing, and documenting requirements.
