Company : Drbaas Trading & ContractingProject’s : Roads, Drainage, Substations, buildings, Interlock & Precast worksDuration ; January 2017- Present.Position : Site EngineerLocation : Wukair, Rawdat Al Hamama, Al khorROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the operations and construction of multiple project sites Provide technical guidance regarding structural repairs, construction, and design Proposal. Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet an agreed Programmed of deadlines. Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract. Preparing the drawings of different structures as per the QCS-2014 in Revit or Auto CAD to propose the client an alternative solution, in case of conflicting junctions in structure. Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved Design. Coordinate with the consultant’s representative on site, for inspections and meeting about quality problems. Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations. Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Checklist based on specifications of the project. Coordinating with surveyor to double check the survey data at site before starting any activity. Implementing and monitoring the health and safety policy on site. Recording of daily, Weekly and Monthly activities and achievements on site. Coordinating and reporting the project status to the Project Coordinator.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:The one of the project where i was assigned as Site engineer was Railway Project.The Profile Middle East LLC worked as Sub-Contractor of “SAIPEM-ENI Group” for phase-1 in Etihad Rail Project in Abu Dhabi ,UAE. The first stage was 264- kilometres, the main purpose of the project is to transport sulphur from its source location at Shah and Habshan, in Granulated form, to its point of export at Ruwais.There were the different sections in this project like Surveying, Construction and Utility Protection. I was assigned as site engineer in Utility protection section.The utilites were Gas pipe lines, Water pipe lines, Electric & communication cables,etc.All the utilites were protected with RCC structures, it includes foundations, walls , slabs and prestressed concrete panels.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet an agreed Programmed of deadlines. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. Use the theoritical knowledge and techniques to reduce the time consumption and get the maximum output. Work Instructed & Monitor as per the Quality Norms. Supervise and monitor the site activities force through foreman and complete the work as per customer's satisfaction. Maintaining the daily and monthly reports of working. Oversee the quality of work and safety matters on the site and ensure that regulations are adhered to. Planning & Project coordinating to complete the Project in the Schedule time. Handling the construction layout and execute the work according to Design specifications. To prepare Proposal drawings in “AutoCAD “.
