As part of a global support team and as an offshore lead, I had the responsibility of maintaining a healthy team apart from performing day to day technical tasks. I was leading a team that supports mission critical customer facing applications of the Bank which have to be working flawless through out. The applications are installed in a highly heterogeneous environment, having both Windows and UNIX. I was involved in the transition of applications from Clients to offshore, which involved travel to onsite for Knowledge transfer, training and forming a good team here at offshore.
