Senior Officer
I started my career as an MTO US-HR at Level 3 BOS and was promoted to Senior Officer following a successful three-month probation period. I am presently a senior Coordinator in the Commissions, Operations, and Payroll Department at Level 3 BOS.-Carrying out full-cycle payroll for 3,000+ US employees, including deductions, benefits, reimbursement, and commissions.-Using ADP software, manage all employees' attendance from start to finish.-Working with PeopleSoft and ADP-Email correspondence-Resolve employee inquiries-Work with other departments to coordinate-Manage all employees' insurance coverage.-Final and complete settlement with employees- Prepare commission reports twice a month.Calculate monthly commission for approximately 3000+ employees.
