I am accountable for overseeing a team of ten agents who handle customer tickets for our brand, ensuring a prompt turnaround time of one hour. My role involves providing valuable insights and data on customers who mention the companys founders, including the most common product-related complaints and the issues customers are encountering with our brand. To gather this essential information, I utilize the Sprinklr tool and share it with both the founders and the Head of Department. By coordinating with the relevant teams, I strive to deliver optimal resolutions for our customers in a timely manner. Additionally, I generate reports on consumer insights and meticulously analyze the data to identify key findings and observations that can enhance our brands reputation in terms of product quality and customer satisfaction.. I hold a BA degree in English Literature from Delhi University, where I developed my communication, writing, and critical thinking skills. I am passionate about social media's potential to connect and engage people, and I strive to learn new tools and techniques to enhance my performance and deliver value to the brands I work with. My goal is to become a leader in the field of social media analytics and online reputation management.
