** Providing network support from NOC for US remote sites for eachclient including monitoring, configuration management, testing backuplinks and assist field techs, conducting root cause analysis for incident orproblems as required. Also responsible to manage network operation andprepare service level agreement report for the client, monitoring andtroubleshooting of WAN links.** Working with operations team in US in 24*7*365 environments.** Perform site relocation: Configurations, taking backups and verificationof the devices being relocated.** Configure Port Security and Redundancy protocols in switches.** Troubleshoot, monitoring and stability testing of T1, VPN, DSL circuits.** Configuring Firewall Policies ( R77.30 and R80.20 ),** Evaluate network trouble tickets to determine nature of problems, developcourse of action and follow through successful resolutions and ensuring allSLAs are met.** Taking care of P1 incidents and escalated incidents.** Handling call with customer for project improvement and development.** Perform P&E test, loop test and co-operative test with ISPs as per requirementliasing with end user and different vendor for network test window.** Co-ordinate with leading telecom giants like AT&T, Qwest ( Century link ),Verizon, Comcast. Work with telecommunication carriers to resolve chronicnetwork issues and also troubleshooting with Telco tier 2/3 tester to performhead to head loop testing to resolve T1 circuit issues.
