To provide strategic guidance for health crisis response (e.g.: Covid crisis) and support the Global Crisis team and the Country Task Force.To assist with the design and development of Policy supporting Mental Health & Physical Health Programs.To develop safety and health standards to support the health programs.To provide technical guidance to all levels of management on complex health issues.Collaborate with all Business Units, Countries, and different functions, to promote occupational health, and engage management in incorporating mental health & wellbeing in all aspects of operations.Support local units in existing occupational health structures and programs.Implementing programs designed to eliminate or minimize injury, property damage, and productivity losses.Support incident definition, categorization, and investigation to determine health trends & issues.Communicate and promote mental & physical health best practices.Identifying hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions, developing measures to eliminate or control these conditions, and effectively communicating the appropriate measures to resolve these problems.Performing risk assessments of hazardous processes, determining risk severity, and making recommendations for risk mitigation.Working on Ergonomics and Human Factors Program including Physical, Cognitive and Organizational ErgonomicsHelp industry meets all legal compliances pertaining to occupational healthcare aspects.Overseeing technical, administrative, and workforce (both medical and non-medical); management of healthcare setup.Handling the diagnosis, treatment, and referrals of the patients.
