I am leading a team for Invoice processing, expense processing, in surance & re insurance claim payments and third party payments team.I have covered Accounts Payable process from vendor query resolution over call and emails, invoice processing, inter company Billings, ACR's creation and approval both, Vendor reconciliation, Months end reporting, Bank reconciliation, month end reporting(supporting reports for RTR during Month end activities), Bank clearing, Direct Debits, batch payments in SAP as well as BPCS ERP's, Ad hoc batch payment, Intercompany Netting, Root cause analysis.My responsibilities as front line manager are to maintain SLA (KPI/CSL), Audits, Sharing Feedback, Day plan management, Team management, work load allocation, RCA's, keeping checks on Daily/weekly/monthly activities, sharing monthly performance reports with clients, taking clients feedback and updating team on new changes, looking for process improvement plans, new idea (lean projects) testing and sharing details with internal management and with clients for better process run, working on payment run errors, emails, maintaining manual payment trackers and other daily deliverables in normal course of business.I am dedicated towards my responsibilities and believe in learning for growth.
