I am a mechanical engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Noorul Islam University. I have been working as HVAC Maintenance & Operations at ADNOC Refinery since November 2022, where I am responsible for maintaining and operating the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the refinery. I have developed core competencies in engineering, SAP, and customer service, as well as H2S awareness and escape certification.In my previous role as Billing & Customer Service Incharge at Nippon Paint India, I handled the billing and customer service functions for the company, using SAP system to issue invoices, monitor shipments, and resolve customer complaints. I worked with a team of professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders and customer satisfaction. I also contributed to the company's growth and reputation by providing quality service and building strong relationships with customers. I am motivated by challenges and opportunities to learn new skills and apply my knowledge to different situations.
