•Client onboarding – Integrate clients into Citi’s Price Master Central (PMC) system – central repository for securities & pricing information. Perform requirement gathering, elicitation and documentation (BRDs) •Vendor onboarding – Analyze raw data feeds from vendors & create ETL data mapping documents. Interact with ETL team through the build and test phase, thus integrating vendor data into system•Business systems analysis and data governance - Design GUI, business processes to improve system performance & efficiency. Interact with clients to understand issues related to security data flow in system, resolve them by using PL/SQL, MS Excel•Profit/loss impact analysis for clients after onboarding; using SQL & Excel•Interact with financial product controllers & implement the vendor ranking algorithm/hierarchy. •BI & reporting - Create dashboards to monitor vendor-client data feeds using Tableau desktop. Develop KPIs to show vendor data profitability. This helped to optimize ETL infra costs and time. •Team management – Lead global BAU activities.AML/KYC•Business process optimization of CitiKYC Utility focusing on account/product usage profile.•Analyzed Citi AML/KYC risk scoring model, account activity data/process for clients. Analyzed external data feeds, its logic in KYC to achieve data flow optimization.•Created reports of customer segmentation between various risk categories and related processes within KYC. Vendor Management:Analyze notifications from data vendors like Bloomberg/Reuters & assess future impact to our system.Data Analytics:Price Investigation System: Designed, developed price debugging system which was integrated into the reference data mgmt system. This application is used to find system data flow break for a security. Price Analytics: Developed program in R language to find price outliers, correlations among data vendors & generate fact sheet. Correlations helped product controllers get insight on system algorithm performance.
