Member of British Psychological Society, UK with a Masters in Psychology in Education from University of York with Mind-Brain Education as a specialization, along with ‘Grief & Trauma Counselling’ to youth and adults. Completed PG Diploma in Counselling from an Institute of repute - 'Tata Institute of Social Sciences', after which have gained substantial experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy.In addition to the above, I have more than seven years of experience working in the space of Mental Health and Wellbeing. I have provided Counselling Services to people with a wide spectrum of Mental Health Diseases and have extensively engaged in Community and Outreach work. I have also worked with various Corporate Clients in creating Awareness about Mental Health through experiential training modules to help them enhance their self-image and efficacy, improve their lifestyle and overall quality of life. Being a mental health advocate, I am looking forward to assignments and interventions which will help people break unhealthy coping mechanisms and patterns.
