Current- Leading Digital and Non digital projects for the HealthCare and LifeSciences verticals- Also, leading large scale projects involving healthcare backend services, product and platform implementation - Front end and manage relationship with the partner and clients leveraging our digital capabilities- Ensuring projects progress as per plan, doing regular reviews, managing risks and issues and following the project governance- As a part of company’s strategy of Digital First, we have partnered with channel partners that specializes in member personalization and engagemento The goal and business case is to reduce dependency on traditional way of member outreach through agent calls o Instead, leverage digital modalities and channels like SMS, E-mail, IVR and personalized Microsite• Scope of services include:o Remote patient monitoring (RPM) – program to enroll members into disease specific programs to reduce hospitalization costs and hence reduction in claims payments for the insurance companyo Visit adherence program – reduce no shows and late cancellationso Health visit reminders – to avoid revenue losso Appointment schedulingo Enrollment and onboarding o Data Analytics and Consulting – provide analysis and recommendations to optimize patient engagement and desired outcomes o Personalized script and content creation based on client needs
