Responsibilities:• Publishing Daily reports as per schedule for Various clients reflecting performance for Tele sales/Health Coaches/TLs/Overall Process• Incentive calculation as per agreed frequency for Tele sales, Health Coaches and TLs• Taking initiative for searching new tools which can help in tracking activities, improving performance, saving the consumption of cost• Creating Power BI DB/Internal trackers, maintaining data backup, highlighting gaps, and suggesting improvement area.• Preparing Various reports, Performance trend and publishing to the higher management team on Weekly, Monthly Quarterly & Yearly Basis.• Removing corrupted data and fixing errors and related problems.• Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.• Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

Develop & Automate reports through Power BI dashboards, Excel-based reports, and internal trackers on Google Spreadsheets.5. Maintain data backup, identify gaps, and suggest improvement areas.6. Analyze various reports, monitor performance trends, and timely highlight the findings to the management team.7. Creating & automating google forms with the help of google spreadsheet & add ons for quality audits, adverse event monitoring etc.

• Was handling team of 15 Specialists. • To ensure that employees work in such a way that the monthly/Daily targets are achieved.• To fulfill Process expectations of all parameters i.e., Target achievement, VAS, Maintain Shift adherence, Utilization, Occupancy.• Responsible for updating managers for DAR (Daily Achieved Rate) against DRR (Daily Required Rate), Performance and Productivity Report, Lead File and Sales Report, Maintaining attendance report, R & R Report, Contest Qualifier Report, Incentive Report.• Managing team attrition, Shrinkage & Schedule Adherence• Develop a strategy to the team will use to reach the goals. • Motivate and inspire team members consistently.
