 Working as a civil engineer and handling comprehensive contract in Western region Municipality project runs under MUSANADA. Handling and managing all 6 cities of western region. Total numbers of Building are 118 which include all government Municipality Buildings.  Working at Emaar Community Management Downtown projects. Old town Residences, South Ridge, Boulevard Central. Monitoring & supervision on daily PPM & CM Activities. Daily routine inspection of the communities as per check list. Inspection daily basis of Swimming pool, landscaping, Housekeeping, Civil and MEP issue inside and outside of the Buildings  Daily Preparing Snags reports and sending to the Managing agent/FM to rectify the issues. Auditing and chasing Managing agent /FM to complete the reported work in good quality on given deadline. Conducting PRS Audit twice in a month for each community for rating KPI & SLA for Managing Agent. Rectify the snags within the time as raise by Mystery shopper. Closing the mystery shopper reported task in system.  Preparing fabric condition report of the community. Handle and deal with all third party contractor related to all works. Preparing all Method of statement, All material requisitions, Safety PTWs & BOQ Supervised and planned activities such as the maintenance, action, and safety procedures (PTWs).  Job role including site inspections and checking materials, measurements and workmanship.
