Responsible for developing the non metro markets of the entire range of HP products and services Achievements • Established the core internal team and the channel partner ecosystem to capitalize on the business opportunities provided by the rapidly growing upcountry markets.• Upcountry contribution grew from 18% in 2006 to 28% in 2009 for the commercial PSG business. • Grew HP town penetration from 125 towns (2005) to 210 towns in 2006

Responsible for managing the consumer channels (including the retail operations) for both the IPG and PSG Consumer product categories ($500M Turnover) Achievements • Successfully led the integration of the HP and Compaq internal sales team and channel partner infrastructure during their merger transition.
